Lobbyist Random Audits

The Tennessee Ethics Commission has prepared a helpful guide for preparing for random audits of lobbyists authorized by state law.  The Commission has the duty to “audit each year the registration statements, amendments to registration statements and reports of at least two percent (2%) of all lobbyists.”
