Robocall Privacy Act of 2008
Amid all of the commentary on robocalls and a new proposal to place further restrictions on the activity, I hadn’t noticed that a recent bill gives any person the right to file a federal lawsuit to enjoin an alleged violation, without first having filed a complaint with the FEC.
