Roche and Genentech

I previously noted the prospect of two companies with PACs merging and what happens to their PACs.  Now, Roche has signed a merger agreement with Genentech, Inc.  Genentech’s PAC has about $88,000 cash on hand and the Roche, Inc. Good Government Fund has about $49,000.
