Office of Congressional Ethics Reports

The Hill reports that the Office of Congressional Ethics released a report this afternoon disclosing that it is reviewing ten cases of alleged lawmaker misconduct.  As of this writing, the report does not appear to be on the Office of Congressional Ethics’ website. OMB Lobbying Guidance Attacked, Disclosure Starts

OMB’s memo providing guidance to executive branch officials on communications with lobbyists is being attacked as too restrictive and potentially unconstitutional, according to this report.
