The scandal involving former Gov. Rod Blagojevich is not likely to go away soon.  A federal court ruled that the Senate Ethics Committee will get copies of recordings between Sen. Burris and the former governor. 

The ethics committee is investigating the circumstances under which the impeached governor named Burris to replace Barack Obama in the U.S. Senate.
