In this October 2008 I noted a news report (the link in the old post no longer works) involving alleged lobbyist contributions to state candidates, in apparent violation of a ban on such contributions.  To follow-up, the complaint against Kathy Groob and Steve Newberry was dismissed.  Ron Geoghegan, the lobbyist, was found in violation and was fined $500.  Thanks to a reader, the order is here.
