Roll Call reports that yesterday the White House announced formal guidance on stimulus lobbying.  The memo is available here.  (Although the White House Blog has been the place to find all of the earlier White House ethics updates, as of this writing the memo wasn’t posted there.)  The memo contains a new template form (Registered Lobbyist Contact Disclosure Form) and says that a web tool will be deployed in the near future.
