Citizens United was submitted to the Supreme Court after reargument on September 9, 2009.  Since then, there have been several items involving the Court.  Today, The Post reports that Justice Ginsburg was admitted to the hospital for medical reasons.  This weekend, Justice Sotomayor will throw out the first pitch at a Yankees game, among other travel.  Meanwhile, in an older story, Justice Stevens is rumored to be retiring, according to reports.
