Campaign website tools, 2008, and 2012

The campaign’s New Media Director and BSD founding partner Joe Rospars talks about how the campaign made the website a “gravitational force” on the campaign and how it allowed users to attend events and take action in every corner of the country.

Does everyone “get it?”  I recently signed-up at one widely-reported 2012 hopeful’s website (I sign-up for a huge number of political sites of all persuasions to see how organizations are using social media), and my first introductory communication was a paltry all-text email with a single link back to the website.
