The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) recently issued this memorandum regarding the acceptance of tickets to events at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

OGE has determined that Executive Branch employees may accept such offers from the Kennedy Center, consistent with the gift rules in the Standards of Ethical Conduct.
