ABA panel discussed Citizens United, honest services fraud, and tough Canadian lobbying laws

The American Bar Association’s Business Law Section Fall Meeting held a panel discussion today, “New Developments in Lobbying Laws and Campaign Finance.”  The panel included Stateside Associates’ Mark Anderson, Wiley Rein’s Jan Baran, Foley & Lardner’s Cleta Mitchell, and The Capital Hill Group’s Steven Dover (not pictured).
