A lot of new political law resources have been posted online in the last few days:
- Covington & Burling’s latest Political Law Update is available here. This issue features an update on an MSRB proposal that would expand the scope of Rule G-37, among other important topics.
- Political GPS: Womble Carlyle Political Law was updated on Dec. 8 with an interesting set of posts, including key deadlines.
- Holtzman Vogel Law Blog has recent posts discussing a CREW complaint involving Sen. McCain and the blog’s recent communication with the Office of Congressional Ethics.
A belated congratulations is certainly in order for all of the campaign finance lawyers named in this month’s Washingtonian. I’ll have more information about those honored shortly.
