Bopp files request to cut rules in light of Citizens United

The Post reports that The James Madison Center for Freedom of Speech’s James Bopp filed a request with the Federal Election Commission that the agency remove certain regulations in light of Citizens United.  The request is here.  I don’t see it on the FEC’s website, as of the time of this writing.  The agency’s website still lists Citizens United as “Ongoing Litigation”.  (The Supreme Court remanded the case so it is likely “ongoing” in a narrow sense.)
