LegislativeGazette.com has an update on ethics legislation in New York.

The governor’s compromise bill would establish two separate ethics commissions to police the legislative branch and the executive branch. Both commissions would be responsible for enforcing the laws governing “pay to play,” including the disclosure of all outside business services for their respective branches of government.
