Rick Hasen recently asked, “So what’s Bob Bauer been up to since leaving election law for the [White House] Counsel’s Office?”  In addition to the Politico article mentioned in his post, we now have some photographic evidence of Bauer’s work courtesy of the White House website’s featured photo gallery with “a collection of never-before-seen photos from President Barack Obama’s year-long fight to pass health reform.”  I’ve arranged the photos of White House Counsel Bauer below (original photos via White House Flickr photostream).
