Here’s the DISCOSE Act as reported out of the Committee on House Administration.   The deadline for submission of amendments is Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.

One of the more interesting amendments to Shays-Meehan (H.R. 2356) was an effort “to provide an exemption for communications pertaining to the Second Amendment of the Constitution.”  I remember watching C-SPAN wondering if it would pass.  The final vote was 209-219.
