I hope you read Humanitarian Law Project. I might wait in vain for groups that support the First Amendment in other contexts to attack the Supreme Court’s holding criminalizing speech in this case.  Moving on…  The case also touches on coordination and the independence necessary for speech to remain protected.  Coordination?  Independent advocacy?  Sounds like another area of the law we are familiar with.
