Wisconsin gubernatorial candidate Tom Barrett has called for new lobbyist disclosure and reporting requirements in his campaign and the story is here. Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, a Democrat running for governor, said Tuesday he wants to require lobbyists to report online within 48 hours any time they meet with lawmakers or top cabinet officials.
