[Gov.-elect] Bentley, who campaigned on tougher new ethics and campaign finance laws such as banning PAC-to-PAC transfers, capping how much lobbyists can spend entertaining lawmakers and giving the state’s Ethics Commission subpoena power, has said that while he would like to wait until March for action, it’s [Gov.] Riley prerogative to call a special session on the issue sooner, and if he did, Bentley said he would support it.
