Fieger Case Update

The judge rejected a motion for a mistrial.   Gerry Spence argued prosecutors compromised Fieger’s right to a fair trial by filing a brief outlining the government’s case. Two Ads

Two ads are making the rounds, the first a parody political ad featuring polar bears with a seal providing the stand-by-your ad disclaimer.  The second is an ad from a candidate for Senate from Oregon. 

Winding Down the Campaign

Spitzer 2010 is getting some attention regarding its handling of refunds and requests for refunds.  The Law Blog at WSJ  and The Sun report.   I found the campaign contribution page still online, but the rest of the site seems to be empty.
