According to this report, the Governor of Illinois vetoed campaign finance reform legislation. Gov. Rod Blagojevich, whose administration is under federal scrutiny for allegedly trading state jobs for campaign contributions, proposed a sweeping ban Friday on political cash from anyone holding a government job.
