Shays Violation?

The Hartford Courant reports on allegations, apparently withdrawn, regarding the Shays campaign failure to file notices for last minute contributions over $1,000. The Himes campaign has withdrawn the accusation and is reportedly happy to accept that Shays’ fund-raising could be that lackluster.
