Mark Alexander Named to Transition Team
Seton Hall University Law School Professor Mark Alexander has been named to President-elect Obama’s Transition Team. Professor Alexander, an expert in election law and campaign finance law, will serve on the Justice and Civil Rights team to review the Federal Election Commission’s operations, according to this report.
