Indiana Robocall Case?

The Indiana case (State of Indiana v. American Family Voices, Inc.) dealing with the state’s autodialer law has yet to be announced.  The oral argument was held on June 16, 2008.   Just yesterday the Indiana Supreme Court issued an opinion in a case where oral argument was held in April 2008.

IL: Freeze the Fund?

Federal authorities may seek to freeze Gov. Blagojevich’s $3.6 million campaign fund, according to this report. In a letter this week, they put the Blagojevich camp on notice they intend to freeze the money, sources told the Chicago Sun-Times.
