FEC Advisory Opinion Requests

The Federal Election Commission has posted some advisory opinion requests.  One is from the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee/Franken for Senate (2009-04) and involves recount and contest funds.  Another involves a charitable match program (2009-03 (ICE)).  Another asks some questions about how the law treats a single member LLC (2009-02 (True Patriot Network)).
