The Des Moines Register reports that Iowa Retail Federation lobbyist Jim Henter witnessed an apparent purse theft (the victim was another lobbyist) and confronted the alleged thief.  Well done, crime-fighting friend.  It turns out the accused is Marshall Clemons, who is affiliated with the SEIU and was “job-shadowed” by then Sen. Joe Biden for a day during the presidential primaries.
