Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Cases

The Department of Justice issued press releases on two Foreign Corrupt Practices Act cases.  In the first, there was a guilty plea.  In the second, six former executives of a company were charged.  The second case also involves alleged violations of the Travel Act.
