House Ethics to Look at Trips

Roll Call reports that House Ethics will “investigate officially-connected travel in 2007 and 2008 that was sponsored, funded or organized by an organization known as Carib News or Carib News Foundation.”  As of the time of this writing, the statement does not appear on the committee’s website.

Conspiracy and Campaign Contributions

A former Member of Congress was charged in a contribution scheme, according to this report. Former Rep.
