The Committee on House Administration is holding a hearing Thursday on public financing of Congressional elections. The notice is here. The bill referred to in the notice is H.R. 1826, the Fair Elections Now Act. (Lawrence Lessig seems to call it the Trustworthy Government Now Act.)
