New Mexico Campaign Reporting Law Struck
A federal court has found that New Mexico’s reporting requirements fall outside guidelines established by the Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit as applied to a two 501(c)(3) organizations, New Mexico Youth Organized and Southwest Organizing Project. (Hat tip to Electionlawblog.org.)
