Thanks to the oganizers of BarcampDC for bringing together an amazing group of people from around town (and the east coast).  I ran into Rally Congress’ Christopher Kinnan, who’s doing very interesting work using the power of the internet in legislative campaigns.  There were a lot of tech entrepreneurs participating, including Kevin Dewalt who writes here about start-ups and his experiences.  I met interesting people from Mapquest and The Sunlight Foundation, and I got to listen to great session conducted by Jared Goralnick.
