The District Court’s Nov. 30, 2009 Final Order (above) vacated the regulations challenged in EMILY’s List. The Solicitor General will not seek cert in EMILY’s List, according to SCOTUSBlog. The Federal Election Commission addressed the challenged regulations at its public meeting today.
