The New York State Public Integrity Commission pursued a number of entities for providing refreshments to officials with a value in excess of nominal value, which the Commission views as the “cost of an ordinary cup of coffee.” To be clear, an extraordinary cup of coffee is strictly verboten in these circumstances.

The Arizona Republic reports on allegations that individuals associated with the Fiesta Bowl were reimbursed for political donations. Past and present Fiesta Bowl employees have told The Arizona Republic they were encouraged to write checks to specific candidates and were reimbursed by the bowl.
