Colorado interrogatories to State Supreme Court on Citizens United

I’ve previously noted that Colorado is taking steps to address the impact of Citizens United on the state constitution. To that end, interrogatories have been prepared and presented to the State Supreme Court. The document is available here.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation’s FOIA efforts to receive records detailing the telecoms’ campaign for legal immunity (under the FISA Amendments Act of 2008) implicates government-side disclosure of lobbying.
