Colorado legislators are mulling changes to state campaign finances laws after Colorado’s Supreme Court, in light of Citizens United, struck down portions of the state constitution.

State Sen. Morgan Carroll, D-Aurora, wants to close reporting loopholes she said already exist and ensure that any new forms of spending are properly disclosed ahead of an important election.
