Citizens to Gov: Friend accept requested
The Times notes Gov 2.0 and citizen engagement with government online today. Among Internet users, more than 80 percent engaged in at least one transaction on a government site last year, with almost 40 percent making five or more transactions — like researching government data, renewing licenses and paying fines.
