Palin and Alaska Fund Trust update

A trust associated with former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin was the subject of a Consent Decree and Settlement Agreement.  An AP report is here.  Palin reportedly argued that she acted in good faith and relied on the advice of counsel in establishing and operating the fund.
