U.S. PIRG’s Lisa Gilbert endorses the DISCLOSE Act and the Shareholder Protection Act in this Huffington Post editorial.  She notes Target’s $150,000 to a group supporting Minnesota gubernatorial candidate Tom Emmer (see my separate post tonight on developments related to that story).
