The Geauga County Board of Elections has apparently filed charges against an Ohio blogger and the story is here. I can’t find case information online but the charges appear to be related to the disclaimer requirements in the law.

What’s going on in Wisconsin that’s related to Citizens United?
Wisconsin’s Government Accountability Board seems to have passed a number of new rules aimed at people trying to make… government accountable. Information is available at the board’s website here. These rules are the target of a lawsuit.
