Express advocacy update: New Wisconsin rules on hold amid lawsuit
WisPolitics.com has the latest on the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board’s reaction to a lawsuit involving new regulations and express advocacy. The GAB won’t regulate so-called issue ads this fall as it moved to settle one of three lawsuits challenging its new rules.
