Henley and DeVore settle lawsuit
The copyright suit between Don Henley and the DeVore campaign settled and The Post has a short item on it. “Henley settled for an apology and an undisclosed sum,” according to the report. I posted about this lawsuit here. UPDATE: Copyrights and Campaigns discusses the resolution of the case here.
