Free Speech, Insurance Company Donations, and “Gag Orders”
The Post reports on alleged efforts to control insurance companies’ communications. The federal government has ordered health insurers to stop telling Medicare beneficiaries that proposed health reform legislation could hurt seniors and jeopardize their benefits.
