EMILY’S List

The court released its opinion in EMILY’S List v. FEC.  The court ruled in the FEC’s favor on joint motions for summary judgment.  The case involved allocation regulations and the FEC’s regulation at 11 CFR 100.57 regarding solicitations referencing a federal candidate.
