David Kernell was indicted today for allegedly hacking into Gov. Sarah Palin’s email account. David C. Kernell, a student at the University of Tennessee and the son of Tennessee state Rep. Mike Kernell, a Democrat, turned himself in to authorities on Tuesday and will be arraigned Wednesday before Judge C. Clifford Shirley.
