New Law for Consumer Product Safety Commission
I’ve previously noted the CPSC Reform and Modernization Act. (Visit the CPSC here.) The law contains provisions involving the acceptance of travel and other expenses from those conducting activities regulated by the CPSC. Here’s a press release regarding passage of the bill. According to this report, the law is awaiting President Bush’s signature.
