CQ Today reports that a quorum could be restored to the Federal Election Commission as early as next week. The Senate will likely confirm five Federal Election Commission nominees early next week, putting the long-defunct oversight group back in working order, Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said Friday.
