Office of Congressional Ethics hit again, this time over Stark investigation
The House Ethics Committee slammed the Office of Congressional Ethics in its report on a matter involving Rep. Stark. The report is here. It notes that “OCE conducted an inadequate review, the result of which was to subject Representative Stark to unfounded criminal allegations.”
