Indiana Robocall Case?
The Indiana case (State of Indiana v. American Family Voices, Inc.) dealing with the state’s autodialer law has yet to be announced. The oral argument was held on June 16, 2008. Just yesterday the Indiana Supreme Court issued an opinion in a case where oral argument was held in April 2008.
