And the story is here. The Arkansas Republican Party accused Democratic Sen. Blanche Lincoln of using taxpayer funds to send out a newsletter for her re-election bid. The party filed a complaint Tuesday with the Senate Select Committee on Ethics.

Reid spokesman Jim Manley announced via tweet that the Senate will return to consideration of the DISCLOSE Act on Wednesday with a vote on Thursday. The Hill has a story here. Oops… looks like the vote couldn’t be Wednesday because of a New York fundraiser featuring Senate Democrats, according to Politico.  Awkward.
