Fieger Case in the News
The jury will have the Fieger case shortly, according to reports. Gerry Spence said it was his last case.
Sebelius Solicitation at Issue
The Kansas City Star reports:
Kansas law forbids lawmakers or the governor from soliciting contributions from lobbyists during the legislative session, which won’t officially end this year until Thursday.
Last week, Sebelius sent an e-mail to supporters explaining her position on energy policy. That e-mail included a red button and the word “solicit” next to it. A little later, another e-mail went out, apologizing for the mistake.
